DAMAC "Mykonos Lagoons"

About This Project

Mykonos Lagoons is a collection of townhouses by DAMAC Properties in the DAMAC Lagoons community in Dubai. Inspired by the atmosphere of the Greek island of Mykonos, the project combines the traditions of Cycladic architecture with contemporary design solutions. The townhouses feature distinctive elements of Mediterranean architecture. White façades, prominent rectangular frames, and decorative wooden elements are complemented by open terraces and balconies. The project features four- and five-bedroom townhouses. The interiors incorporate wood, marble and natural stone textures, as well as light-coloured surfaces. A warm colour palette is complemented by contrasting details and minimalist decorative elements. The community's amenities combine waterfront leisure areas with landscaped walking spaces. Facilities include a swimming pool with a bar and floating gardens. A park with decorative windmills, surrounded by winding pathways and flowering gardens, serves as the centrepiece of the landscape design. The project's location provides convenient access to Dubai's key amenities and attractions. Jebel Ali School is approximately 5 minutes away by car, Aster Medical Centre is 9 minutes away, Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club is 10 minutes away, and Dubai Autodrome is 12 minutes away. IMG Worlds of Adventure can be reached in 14 minutes, Mall of the Emirates in 24 minutes, and Al Maktoum International Airport in 28 minutes.
