About This Project
Elegance Tower is a development by DAMAC Properties in Downtown Dubai, created in collaboration with world-renowned designer Zuhair Murad. The building comprises a ground floor, four podium levels, and twenty-five residential floors. The tower’s architecture reflects the aesthetics of haute couture through graceful proportions and distinctive design elements. Golden-toned façades with panoramic glazing are complemented by cascading open terraces, creating a striking vertical composition. The project features one- and two-bedroom apartments. Elegant forms, decorative accents, and carefully considered combinations of materials create an atmosphere of sophistication, giving the living spaces a distinctive character. The podium level features a relaxation area with a spacious swimming pool. Residents can unwind in a tranquil setting or enjoy evening entertainment with a DJ. Walkways extending over the water connect artificial islands and complement the architectural composition. Proximity to iconic landmarks and popular leisure destinations allows residents to combine a vibrant urban lifestyle with a wide range of recreational opportunities.
