About This Project

Amazonia is a collection of townhouses and villas by developer Damac in Damac Hills 2. The community concept is based on a balance between natural surroundings, active recreation, and relaxed everyday living. Green spaces and a variety of sports and leisure areas create an environment designed for different recreational experiences. The exterior features clean geometry and a combination of light-colored facades with graphic dark accents. Projecting volumes, flat roofs, and glass terrace railings create a contemporary and dynamic architectural character. The project offers three- and four-bedroom residences. The interiors are designed in a restrained contemporary style. A light color palette, clean lines, and a combination of smooth and textured surfaces create a refined setting with subtle visual accents.
