How to become a Realtor in Dubai.

There are several reasons to become a real estate agent, broker, or realtor in the UAE. First, you will manage one of the most expensive and lucrative assets on the market: real estate. If you have excellent sales and negotiating abilities and work hard to develop a positive reputation, you may earn a substantial commission on top of your base wage.

Second, being a real estate agent is an intriguing profession since you have the opportunity to assist others in locating their ideal houses (or dream offices, for that matter). You will be able to interact with a portfolio of varied, multicultural clients.

Being one of Dubai's most respected and successful real estate agents is no simple achievement. This is a competitive sector; thus, you must be prepared to work hard, connect with consumers often, and learn to assess their requirements.

If you are curious about becoming a real estate agent in Dubai, DREI's training modules are the first step to start with. Although the process has several levels, and successful agents take years to create a strong portfolio of potential buyers and renters, becoming a real estate agent in Dubai begins with these modules.

  • • If you are an ex-pat, obtain a residency visa.
  • • Apply for DREI Certified Training. The course is approved by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), the Dubai Land Department regulatory arm (DLD).
  • • Take the RERA Exam.
  • • Obtain a realtor license.

Once you complete these conditions, the Economic Department will issue your broker license and card. You will obtain your credentials within one or two days after you submit all the relevant paperwork.
