Boasting a total gross floor area of 2.3 million sq. m, DAMAC Lagoons will eventually be home to over 9,000 villas. Water-inspired features are central to the aesthetic and functional design of the community, with an astounding 176,650 sq. m of water spaces integrated throughout.
